Does WAVEZ Electric Water Sports always have everything in stock?

We do our best to have the most commonly ordered items in stock.

However, from time to time there may be products on backorder from the manufacturer or the local distributor.

This can be due to:

1. the product being high cost, limiting our ability to hold any or more than one in stock at any time
2. the product being pre-order or being between versions, but this is usually made clear on the product order page
3. the manufacturer also being out of stock due to a change of version, change of factory, a defect being remedied, or they or one of their distributors has just held a very successful marketing campaign and sold out!

In such cases, we will inform you straight away of the stock status and advise of the expected arrival date.

If we have some of your order in stock and some on backorder, if it makes sense we may offer you a part-shipment. In that case, we can send what we have straight away and send the rest as soon as it arrives.
